Yes, all puppies are up-to-date on their vaccinations as required for their age, including distemper, parvovirus, and rabies (if applicable).

Yes, all puppies are dewormed before adoption. They undergo a thorough parasite screening, and deworming treatments are administered as needed.

 

Our puppies are generally ready for adoption at 8 weeks of age. This allows us to ensure they are properly weaned, vaccinated, and socialized before going to their new homes.

Yes, you can reserve a puppy from an upcoming litter. Please contact us for more information about the reservation process, and we can place you on our waiting list for the next available litter.

 

If your puppy is diagnosed with a life-threatening illness within 72 hours of adoption, you are entitled to a refund or replacement, as outlined in our Health Guarantee. Please refer to our Health Guarantee page for more details.

Yes, local adopters can arrange a time to pick up their puppy in person. Please contact us to schedule a pickup appointment.

We accept various payment methods, including Bank transfers, Apple Pay, Zelle and other secure options. Full payment details will be provided once you’ve selected a puppy.

At this time, we do not offer financing or payment plans. However, we accept full payment via credit card or bank transfer.

When your puppy arrives, it will be accompanied by a health certificate, its vaccination and deworming history, and a small starter kit to help with the transition to its new home.

 

Preparing your home involves setting up a safe and comfortable space for your new puppy. We recommend securing an area for your puppy to sleep, purchasing food and water bowls, and getting appropriate toys and a bed. Our Puppy Care Guide can help with further tips.

We recommend high-quality puppy food that is specifically formulated for small-breed dogs. We will provide a starter supply of food to ease the transition, but we suggest continuing with the same brand or transitioning slowly to a new food.
